Lupus & Plavix : Both lupus and Plavix can explain rbc in urine. This lab result needs to be evaluated in the context of your health and your doctor is in a better position to do that.

UA showed moderate blood in urine, but neg for RBC.Urine was yellow/clear.Specific gravity was >1.030.Have lupus & interstitial cystitis.Any concern?

Stable/controlled lupus on Plaquenil. No hx of organ involvement. Had 100+ protein in urine 1 yr ago & RBC in urine (not UTI) that was missed by doc No protein this time. RBC in urine always (currently 3-5). If BMP is normal, is kidneys no concern?
