Serious risk!!!: If sertra means sertraline (zoloft), then sertra taken with Phentermine potentially increases the toxicity of the oher significantly, thus possible life-threatening reaction (serotonin syndrome) can occur. As a result, these two in combo should be used with caution. Please consult doc on this one. Good luck.
