No : Phenteramine and zoloft (sertraline) taken at high doses and together can be counterproductive the use of vicodin besides being cbs depressant can initially cause a surge of Dopamine and cause hyper excitability although no clear data available never take together consult your md.

Not a good idea: Zoloft (sertraline) may decrease the pain relieving effect of vicodin.
