Serotonin syndrome?: Using zofran (ondansetron) and sertraline can cause a condition called serotonin syndrome. But for few doses ,it may not happen. But if encounter confusion, blurry vision, stiffness, fever,tremors, sweating, fast heart rates, high r low BP, nausea, vomiitng,and.cramprs, sleepiness stop the zofran (ondansetron) and contact your PCP immediately as sometimes,even with just few doses itself it can happen
