If prescribed for u: If you have a prior rx for zofran, (ondansetron) and handled it ok when you took it, yes, you could take it for the stomach flu. However, we are assuming stomach flu and not other potential diagnoses only a doctor could make. Get it checked out if you have more than usual nausea/vomiting, or start getting abdominal pain, worsening symptoms overall...
