6 months old has reflux but in no pain. breastmilk comes back out even after 2hrs of feeding. is it still reflux? what to do? gets worse when he sits.

Reflux: As long as he is pain free and there is no blood and he is thriving, just wait. As he becomes more upright this should slow and stop. All the best.
