Lbp, swollen breasts: Would check HCG ,also thyroid and prolactin but also get checked for vaginitis/PID/UTI infection , and sonogram to r/o ectopic since you are cramping and though there may be some discomfort from ligament stretching , cramping is usually not part of early pregnancy. f/u/w/ doc urgent care today
