Pelvic Infection: White milky discharge and pelvic pain (cramps) may be due to Pelvic Infection and needs to be checked by your doctor.Needs to have exam and culture of the discharge and may need Antibiotics and some med for pain White milky discharge can be normal and also can be due to yeast or Bacterial Infection In your case with cramps and other symptoms infection needs to be ruled out
