Various symptoms: Your vaginal discharge, spotting and cramps should be addressed by an Obgyn. An examination for infections and other Gyn issues can be done. Dizziness is not likely related to this set of symptoms. Start with a primary care doctor to being the evaluation of fatigue and dizziness.
