Pregnancy: implantation bleeding sometimes can mimic a light period. A urinary pregnancy test is usually not positive for 3-4 days after ovulation/fertilization and could be negative. Also if the urine is dilute the test can be negative. If your symptoms persist get a blood pregnancy test and see your doctor.
