Surgery: Unfortunately, no conservative therapy is likely to correct this deformity. You have to weigh the benefits of straighter toes against the risk of possible infection, scarring or a less than perfect result. If you don't have pain, you may want to give it some time before deciding.

Surgery...: The level of deformity that you describe probably can't be corrected without surgery. See a podiatrist for an evaluation, x-rays and surgical consultation. Of course, you can just live with it too.
