Foot problems - fractured big toe - tendon cut?

??: What is ur question? Can the tendon get cut from a hallux fracture? I suppose so if the fracture is severe enough however not very likely.

Mri: If you are asking how one would know if a tendon was cut i would say the definitive test is an mri. The rule for fractures is to immobilize them. Cut tendons do heal but sometimes need surgery. I recommend followup with a board certified podiatrist.
