Your Health: Motivation must come from you. Think about why you want to train & make that your goal. Start out small & realistic. Do something you like rather than doing a killer workout that you dread. Once you start doing that activity, even if its only a few minutes a day, you'll probably find yourself looking forward to doing it because of how great it makes you feel. Good luck!

Goal or race: The first step is to figure out what time of the day you have the time and energy to work out. Then you need motivation; a goal to attain or a race or competition that you know that you have to be in shape for. Another great motivated is a personal trainer or workout class or video. A training partner also helps, because you can't not be there or you'll let them down.

Set goals.: Set yourself a series of short term goals. Say, losing ten pounds in two months, or increasing your bench press by twenty pounds in three months. Achieve each goal, then set new ones. This helps motivation as you're training for a goal, and not just going through the motions.
