Obgyn visit: It is important to see an Obgyn who can evaluate everything an formulate a plan for you. Typically a sonogram would be repeated in 1 week to determine fi a fetal pole can be visualized on the sonogram. This can usually be seen between week 6-7.

Recheck betaHCG: Since your sonogram did not show an embryo or fetus, it may be useful to recheck your betaHCG level and seek an evaluation by a Gyn if it is still elevated.
