Hmmmm: I'd be concerned for a partial molar pregnancy. Make sure the placenta looks totally normal and may want to repeat test to exclude lab error.

The holes: In the teeth have probably been forming for some time and are just manifesting now together. Please see a dentist asap for a comprehensive exam x-rays and treatment. Hope this helps.
