Definitely get help!: Do not try to do this w/out a Dr's help! That is a very high dose for a very, very long time. It is great that you wish to cut back - hopefully to an even lower dose or another strategy entirely. But your body might be seriously reactive to your great plans and you'll be safer with close attention. Best wishes!

Tapering medications: Yes you can taper the dose if you want to but please consult with your doctor and make a plan . Your doctor will make a plan to slowly taper the dose and monitor for any recurrence of symptoms.
