Very low dose, but you do not provide reasons for use, and so, it is best to contact your doctor regarding the ongoing future need. Also, stopping any medication should be a joint decision.

It’s always best to first have a conversation with your treating doctor. It’s important to remember how come you were taking the amitriptyline in the first case. It is an older antidepressant that can help with depression and anxiety, but in a very low dose such as 10 mg, it seems more likely that they are treating sleep or pain. You should not stop an antidepressant abruptly ;it should be tapered
