I lost bottom 1/2 of #8 & had it built up (fractured above gum). should i extract now & do bone graft (for implant)+ pontic or wait till end of ortho?

Team effort: Your orthodontist, oral surgeon, and restorative dentist should all agree on when to proceed with the extraction and implant surgery. Without knowing how much longer you have for ortho care, the position of your teeth, and any other restorative needs you may have, it is difficult to advise you. Let your team decide and explain their reasoning to you.
