Similar: Hello, Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) is the chemical structure before turning into Dexedrine. We call a chemicals such as Vyvanse (lisdexamfetamine) a pro-drug or precursor drug. The active ingredient is dextroamphetamine which functions as a stimulant. Have you tried provigil for your narcolepsy? Regards, Dr. Cacho
