Poor tolerance: Sound like you are not tolerating the current meds, might try a different stimulant or strattera a non-stim , "adhd" med-not likely to have such SE-long acting so no "withdrawl"

Dexedrine + Vyvanse: Wonder why you are taking two attention deficit hyperacivity disorder medications at one time. Balance problems and confusion are SERIOUS problems. Please let your psychiatrist know as this does not sound like a safe medication regimen for you.
