Last night was the second night that i had squeezing chest pains. i only happens at night but not every night. could it be warning of a heat attack?

Unlikely but...: Many things can cause squeezing chest pains. Heart attacks are extremely rare in 19 yo women. However, spasm of the esophagus caused by acid reflux can cause identical symptoms and is MUCH more common in young women. Thus it is much more likely that this is related to esophageal spasm than a heart problem. It would be wise to see a doc to evaluate. Also see http://tinyurl.com/p88fxjm
