have noticed little red dots all over chest back stomachein the last three day s think it might be heat and sweat reaction to laundry detergent only where my shirt is not down arms or below the waist or above collar and does not or irratate?

Rash: Yes it sounds like a reaction to clothing or chemical in the clothing. However i would have to see the rash.

Red dots: I agree with Dr. Jackson. But these lesions need to be visualized & a history needs to be obtained in order to make an accurate diagnosis. Sometimes lab testing is necessary.
