2 days upper right chest sharp pain close to arm pit comes every 1min lasts 15 sec very sore to touch. heat, tums, tylenol (acetaminophen) doesn't help. serious?

Arm pit pain: It could be bursitis, tendinitis or neuritis or lymphadenitis. It is either inflammation or non-specific infection. You need physical exam and treatment. Consult your physician for proper antiinflammatory and pain medication. It is not cardiac pain.
