Bumps: It depends on how far away. These bumps can be related to the abscess (also depends on type and extent of the abscess). It may also be unrelated but s different condition. See a dentist or oral pathologist to treat and evaluate the abscess as well as the additional bumps. Infection is not something to mess with.
