Oral lesions: I have never heard of a 20 year-old with oral cancer. Besides, most squamous cell carcinoma of the mouth does not start as a "bump," but rather as a flat, white patch, called leukoplakia. If this bump is bothering you, I would ask your doctor to look at it, after he takes a history and asks you some questions.

Unlikely. : A oral cancer lesion is not likely to change shape during the day. It could if associated with infection. Infections and cystic lesion can change shape. You need to see your dentist to determine your issue.

It's very unlikely: Symptoms of mouth cancer include a persistent mass (bump) hat gets progressively larger. Bumps that last longer than 10 days without healing, regardless the size, should be checked by a dentist or an oral pathologist.
