See a neurologist.: Shocking as it may seem, nearly three-fourths of the pts who present to an ENT office with diagnosis of "sinus" turn out to really have a headache; might be a bad headache, even a migraine, but "sinusitis" is way over diagnosed, leading to too many courses of unnecessary antibiotics. There may be many reasons for headaches (which by definition means an ache or pain somewhere in the head).
