Energy drinks: Yes, it is quite possible. Many of these "energy drinks" contain much higher levels of caffeine than in a cup or two of coffee. Additional ingredients may also trigger reactions in sensitive individuals. Avoid these drinks, and consider getting some exercise (like brisk walking) if you need a brief pickup in the afternoon. Any caffeine after 6 PM can trigger sleep problems. Good luck!

Yes: "Energy drinks" can wreck havoc with sleep, panic attacks and anxiety disorders. Would recommend avoiding them.
