It's not a drink: The best thing to give you energy is to get consistent rest at night, and also consistent exercise in the day. Eat healthy foods. Also, it will give you energy to find something you want to do with your life that inspires you, stimulates you, and challenges you to grow every day. Most energy drinks are full of sugar/artificial sweeteners & caffeine that jack you up rather than give true energy.
