Where's the yeast?: Miconazole is 'probably' OK. We just don't have any evidence that it does anything bad during breastfeeding. But the golden rule for pregnancy and lactation is to use the lowest effective dose and duration. Your GYN (if it's there) or pediatric (if it's up top) should be able to provide guidance.
