It sounds like you-: -have the indication for a TKA but in the end it is up to you to decide if and when you have it done. PT will not be of any use.if you use a cane on the opposite side or in the hand on the opposite side it will aide in your pain while walking. If you can tolerate the situation you are in there is no hurry to have surgery.
