Concussion effects: You describe "post-concussive syndrome". A comcussion occurs when the brain sloshes back and forth inside the skull even without loss of consciousness. Symptoms: cognitive problems (academics, memory, planning ability, problem-solving), easily fatigued, low mood, headaches, clumsiness. Treatment may include antidepressants. You may need to see a neurologist-a doctor specializing in brain function.
