R/o Unstable Angina: Patient of unknown age, gender, medical conditions, medications with question about intermittent sharp chest pain at rest. Yes.If your chest pain is present at rest and not relieved w/rest, it may be unstable angina, especially if you have experienced chest pain when not resting as well ( I notice you put "mostly" at rest).
