It is unlikely for: a young woman to have heart disease as a cause of chest pain. Especially if the pain is reproducible by touching the chest. Heart pain is usually dull and squeezing like a tooth ache and very rarely sharp or stabbing. Overall, it is unlikely that this symptom is heart related.
