Biking: 30-100 minutes daily is a big factor in an active lifestyle. If you sit in front of a TV or other screen for the rest of the day you negate some of that. Lifestyle looks a ones whole day. Social interaction and mental stimulation are part also. Keep at it. Peace and good health. How is your diet?
