I do 30 minutes on a stationary bike for about 10 days now, covering about 9 miles daily (if the bike is accurate). usually i feel fine. today i felt lightheaded/faint during and still do now. what could be the cause or how can i relieve it? thanks?

Could you be dehydrated? If your fluid intake in the last few days has been low you may want to increase your fluid intake today. Do you have risk factors: like birth control pills for blood clots or family history of blood clot? then you may want to be evaluated as soon as possible especially if there has been family history of stroke. I would suggest to take it easy and treat yourself well.
