Is 92% "daily value" (18 grams) saturated fat too high on a 2000 calorie diet for someone who is slightly underweight and mildly active/sedentary?

No: The 2000 calorie diet is a recommendation for a female of an ideal weight so is a saturated fat intake. For an ideal male it's around 2400. Your saturated fat intake is ok, but if you're concerned about it's effect on your body ask your doctor to run a cholesterol panel and it will tell you whether you need to modify your diet.
