I'm on loestrin 24 and took my 1st active pill of my new pack on accident instead of the 28th inactive pill of my previous pack. do i keep the new active pills and move my cycle up a day?

Yes: Just continue with the new pack , u should be fine and u may want to consider the newer pill loloestrin, I have switched most of my pts from loestrin to loloestrin , less hormone only 10 mcg estrogen.
