Pressure...: It could be quite a few things but my guess is that, it is a result of the little toe rubbing up against the fourth toe with the toe bones trapped in between. This is a protective mechanism to fight the pressure damage to the skin. To remove all doubt, have your foot examined by a healthtap foot specialist.
