My foot isnt swollen or red, but there is discoloration on top of foot. i can stand on the foot, but it hurts to bend toes up and walk on it. it also hurts when i touch the bottom of my foot near my pinky toes. could it be tendonitis?

At age 22 swelling of any kind is not normal. You should have the foot properly examined and treated. See a podiatrist
