Immunology consult: This is a very complicated area. Not to side-step your question, but you need to consult with an immunologist. There are many more avenues to pursue, labs to analyze and physical exams to do to properly diagnose you. The acute infections will cause igm to be high, and high ige suggests an allergy component, but there can be more variations.
