These things would: seemingly be unrelated. Essential tremor is unusual at age 20, but not unheard of, and may run in families. Trauma or even early degenerative arthritis may cause finger stiffness and pain with flexion. Knuckle callouses or "pads" can also run in families and be associated with some genetic conditions including fibromatosis, or part of Dupuytren's disease. Consider Rheumatology consultation:)
