For a couple of weeks i noticed that i get frequent hand/finger tremors. most of the time its my right hand, specifically the thumb.what does it mean?

Tremors: A fast frequency tremor mainly on one side may de suggestive of a benign essential tremor. This may have a tendency to run in families. Other possibilities could be thyroid disorders or using excessive amount of caffeine. Check with your physician for adequate diagnosis.
