Can sjogren's syndrome cause hand, fingers tremors?

Possible, not likely: It's possible that sjogren's syndrome could cause tremors if it's affecting the nerves, but it's much more common to have weakness/ sensation changes rather than tremor. Make sure your doctor is aware of this; the tremor may be related to a medication you're taking, or another condition.
