Possible, not likely: It's possible that sjogren's syndrome could cause tremors if it's affecting the nerves, but it's much more common to have weakness/ sensation changes rather than tremor. Make sure your doctor is aware of this; the tremor may be related to a medication you're taking, or another condition.

Sjogren's syndrome: Systemic autoimmune disorder. Symptoms are: dry mouth, dry eyes, joints pain, muscle pain, fatigue, stiffness and tremors. The good news are that symptoms subside with time.
