Many choices: Keep a log to see what triggers your attacks: people, events, health issues? Panic attacks usually do not last very long. Try focusing on simple thought, like "I am OK, this will pass". Panic usually causes rapid shallow breathing and increased heart rate. Try taking slow even breaths, in through nose, out through pursed lips. If attacks become worse, make appt with psychologist for CBT.
