Treatment: Both conditions need to be medically managed. Recommend hypothyroidism be addressed by internist/ endocrinologist. Panic attack treatment may be best approached through psychiatric / psychological treatment.

Your severe: hypothyroidism should be addressed carefully with your physician / endocrinologist. Are you currently under treatment for your panic attacks? Panic Attacks can be treated with psychotherapy & /or psychiatric medications. Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) & behavior therapy can be effective. Medications such as SSRI's or SNRI's may be used. Benzodiazapines are sometimes used as well.
