Meditation for panic: Meditation with Medication can help panic attacks. Meditation on “Breath is Life”, focusing, and repeating can decrease intensity of panic. Meditation on an Image of a serene tranquil or peaceful nature scene in one’s life experience can also decrease intensity of panic. Do Meditation and Visual Imagery under guidance of a Psychiatrist.

Panic Attacks: There are many different kinds of Meditation for different kinds of goals. Research will help you find out which is right for you. First have a physical exam by a Doctor to find out if you have an illness. If not it would be good to consult with a Clinical Psychologist to get help.
