In general, yes: If a person has no trouble taking her ibuprofen, paracetamol, and antibiotics separately, then it is generally fine to take them together, because they do not interact with one another. Usually, a person takes ibuprofen or paracetamol instead of both, but if the pain needs both medications, a person may take both and then wean off of one of them as the pain subsides in a couple of days.
