Yes: They can be taken together as long as you have no known kidney or liver issues. Max dose for tylenol should be in the 2,000-3,000mg per day and ibuprofen is 2,400mg.

Yes.: Paracetamol is almost the same compound as acetaminophen sold in the United States. A lot of medications, especially cold meds, contain acetaminophen or paracetamol and you should be careful when taking these to check. Ibuprofen is an NSAID medication and should not be taken with other NSAIDS as this can cause side effects. Paracetamol is a pure pain med and does not interest with NSAIDs.
