Choices: Unfamiliar with "r039", but I can say for sure that when you buy things off the street, you are taking your life into your own hands because you have no idea what other substances are mixed in to "cut" the drug. You're going to need to decide whether you want to stick with doctors or not. If you're addicted, then ask for help, and if your doctor refuses to help, then find another doctor.
