No: Not particularly. The effects of sudden tobacco cessation - irritability, anxiety, craving - would not be effected by a relatively weak opioid drug like tramadol. This drug also has mild antidepressant-like effects, but that is not likely to help much either. Cold turkey cessation has the lowest success rates of all the means of stopping, and I do not recommend it. Seek help and a support system.
